Integration Addendum

Nowsta Integration Addendum

This Integration Addendum is entered into by Nowsta and the Subscriber and supplements the Nowsta Master
Subscription Services Agreement. Your Order for Integration Services is governed by these additional provisions.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Integration Addendum have the meanings set forth in the
Agreement.

1. Order Form. An Order for Integration Services must specify the following information: Name of Integration
(“Integration”), a description of the features and capabilities of the Integration and the fees payable for the
Integration. A sample Order is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

2. Fees and Payment. Subscriber agrees to pay Nowsta the fees specified in the Order for the purchase of the
Integration Services, payable upon placing the Order or as otherwise specified in the Order.

3. Provision of Integration Services.

3.1 Delivery of Integration Services: Nowsta agrees to provide the Integration Services as described in the Order
and to deliver the Integration according to the specifications and timelines mutually agreed upon between the
parties.

3.2 Intellectual Property Rights: Nowsta retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Integration.
Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Integration for internal purposes only
and solely in connection with its use of the Platform.

4. Delivery. The parties acknowledge and agree that upon delivery of the Integration, Subscriber is required to
confirm that the Integration has been delivered and is operational. Subscriber agrees to sign and return the
Acknowledgment of Delivery (as detailed below) to Nowsta within three (3) days after the Integration is delivered.

Acknowledgment of Delivery: By signing below, the Subscriber confirms that the Integration has been fully
delivered, is functional, and meets the specifications outlined in the Order.

Acknowledgment of Delivery

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that the Integration described in the Order has been fully delivered and is
operational as of the date below.
